Our Major Mixing service delivers intangible digital products, which are non-refundable once the order is placed and the first mix (including revisions) has been delivered.However:
If your tracks have significant audio issues (e.g., loudness imbalances, frequency problems, or dynamic range errors), I will proactively contact you to discuss options—either a free retake. My goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with the final product.Revisions Policy:
